Return Window

Return eligibility depends on product status.

  • In‑stock items: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, tags on).
  • Pre‑order items: returns may be limited; if available, store credit is the default unless defective.

Exchanges

Fastest way is usually to place a new order once your return is approved.

  • Size exchanges available when inventory allows.
  • If your size is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

Non‑Returnable

Standard hygiene/clearance exclusions.

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked).
  • Items with deodorant marks, heavy wear, or missing tags.
  • Accessories that are hygiene-sensitive (if applicable).

Damaged / Wrong Item

We’ll fix it.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We’ll replace or refund based on availability.
