Return Window
Return eligibility depends on product status.
- In‑stock items: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (unworn, unwashed, tags on).
- Pre‑order items: returns may be limited; if available, store credit is the default unless defective.
Exchanges
Fastest way is usually to place a new order once your return is approved.
- Size exchanges available when inventory allows.
- If your size is unavailable, store credit will be offered.
Non‑Returnable
Standard hygiene/clearance exclusions.
- Final sale / clearance items (if marked).
- Items with deodorant marks, heavy wear, or missing tags.
- Accessories that are hygiene-sensitive (if applicable).
Damaged / Wrong Item
We’ll fix it.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- We’ll replace or refund based on availability.
